- Quick positioning of new cones by turning modular frame to 180 degree with locking facility.
- Re-creeling is possible during warping operation.
- Sufficient central passage to facilitate easy access to yarn breaks on either side quickly.
- Stop motion is equipped with Optical through beam sensor for faster response during yarn breaks.
- Separate indicators on each row enables quick identification of particular yarn breakage.
- PLC controlled, motorized, centrally controlled Tensioners to ensure uniform tension across all ends.
- Tensioners are equipped with dual acting SS spring and rotates continuously to minimize fluff deposition in sideways.
- An integrated Air blowing device can be provided optionally, which cleans the tensioner system in regular interval by blowing compressed air to remove any fluff accumulation.
